Undeclared foreign currency in a parcel sent to me by my friend

My friend at uk had sent a parcel to me it was at custom and I was demanded clearance money and I paid it of rs 27000 then after scanning they found that there was illegal foreign currency of 10000 pounds and now again demanding me fine but I said it was not declared to parcel company as well as me so i said please give me a proof that there is illegal currency they are saying it is against the rule and demanded me rs 60000 to declare it I didn't have money so I said convert the money and take the fine and tax out or seize the money and send the parcel.please guide me out of this my monthly salary is rs 50000

Well, you should never ever take a friend's parcel, either receive it or send it for the purpose of getting clearance from Customs or the for the purpose of Import or Export without any knowledge of what is inside the Parcel and without the knowledge of the Custom Laws, otherwise you will always land in trouble.
