Zero fir clarification and e fir

Sir/ma'am I live in Ranchi but want to file a criminal case in noida for a fraud which was done in noida, but it came to my knowledge that first I have to file an fir for the same. I just want to know if I can do an zero fir in Ranchi to start my criminal case. What are the other options I have like e fir ??

You should file an FIR against the opposite party who did that fraud, and as per your query part is concern that has been held in Noida so you should approach concerned police station if they denied then you may approach Court for lodging case then court will direct the authorities to file FIR for more help take a consultation.
