Hi The first step would be to take a bail in case the FIR has been registered. After that you need to either get this matter settled or fight it out in court which will be a long process. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

You need to seek an anticipatory bail by filing an application through a lawyer. There might be an apprehension that police might arrest your husband on the charges. Further you need to pursue the case and face the trial

If there’s a fear that your husband might get arrested then you can file for an anticipatory bail and if the girl had put wrong allegations and registered an FIR against you under section 354B then you must join the investigation with the police and provide the evidence to prove your innocence. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hello, It is sad to see your facts. First advise would be to immediately apply for bail and secondly if there are lots of witnesses then we can defend the case accordingly as per law. For more information, feel free to contact me. All the best.
