07-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My brother is a minor and an autistic child. He is being physically abused by the mother. His case is in NCPCR. RTI has been filed and I want to go ahead with a writ petition in the High Court. Want to know the process and the time of writ.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you have discussed your brother has a problem and it's not curable as you have not disclosed his age so being minor and is already registered in ncpcr what process they have updated to you if you are not getting back a proper answer then you may file a proper representation asking for relief which you have sorted for your brother or against your mother for what you have filed rti not discussed in your query as a legal guardian mother and father has the authority of a minor child your query is not elaborate so for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Yeah you can, since the proceedings have apparently taken it's course,RTI too,has been filed the best course available to you is to file a writ petition in the high court and I pretty sure the court will provide requisite shelter to your brother
