Dear sir Ek ladies NE hamare khilaaf jooth fir file ki thi par police NE uski kahani jooth Mani fir wo SSP ke paass chli gyi fir bhi police NE uski baat ka yaakeen nahi kiya police NE 7/51 bna di. Par wo ladies court mein chli gyi aur court ne summan bhej diye Hume.summan 452/323 LGA di . mein is faisle se khush nahi Hun mujhe kya karna chahiye ....pls help sir. Mere pass use jhooth sabit karne ke liye paroof hai

There might be any reason personal or smthing. court will see if prima facie grounds has made against you thats why you have recieved summins but dont worry keep calm and take all the evidence with yourself or with your pleader on tbe date you will appear in the court. 452 is really tough section. first go for bail.after that go for quashing order of summoning nd complaint.u did nt describe what relation u have with that lady.if you did not apply for bail yoy will be in trouble .whether complaint is false or not its part of trial.but before that apply for anticipatory bail.
