Woman alleged her boyfriend for rape and abortion

I am a hindu man, was in a relation ship with a married woman with having 2 children and husband alive and with no divorce from first husband. She alleged me for using her on a false pretext of marriage(376) and aborting her child without her consent. The allegation of abortion was registered for 6 months ago when she was preganent and that time she willingful aborted her preganency. After that we were living happily and also went to travel together. But now she has alleged for section 376 and 313. I could not have married her because she didn't took divorce from her first husband.

Regardless of the intent of marriage, 376 as a section is inherently protective of the victim. In case she has already filed an FIR, we will need to read the FIR in detail for the next course of action. In that case, ANTICIPATORY BAIL/ARRESTING STAY ASAP to protect you from an arrest. If she has not filed an FIR, you must put in preventive applications to the police ASAP.

she can alleged you for section 376 because you have admit with her physical relationship. with knowing that she is already married. but for section 313 is not chargeable bcoz she know everything about pregnancy she not new for this.
