Witness summon turns in Non Bailable Warrant

The summon was converted into NBW for the non appearance of the complainant due to health issues( suffering from heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes and stone in gall bladder), for about 2 to 3 months. The complainant, a woman and her husband was witness in case FIR of against person giving threatening to harm and kill them, and was clearly recorded in CCTV camera in evidence.
