Will the bail be granted by high court under 307

U/s 307 accused apprehensed he applied anticipatery in session court dismissed but he applied on high court bail grantedo r not.

Hi sir madam.
You told only section and ask answer how to tell because 307 is a very serious offence so it is not possible but you give related documents after we will tell you because without read any document no tell you

Bail is the purely discretionary power of the court. Each case has a Separate reasons to grant bail. If the case is not cover the secrion 307 of IPC. THERE WILL BE BAIL. So bail can be granted by court circumstances of the case

307 related to diecoty, if the session has rejected the bail, the high court will have the inherent power to grant bail, but so far as concerned it is on question whether the high court may grant the bail

Hello sir based on the offense and overtacto of concern accused it will be decided in court of law and in complaint alllegation weigtage also looked in to grand anticpatory bail so it all have to be done
