Will I be charged with Abetment to suicide for the following case?

I and my ex- girlfriend had physical relation juts a day before our breakup. I being frustrated and traumatized talked to two of my friends about this. My question is what will happen if they tell about it to other people and she suicides. Will I be convicted with abetment to suicide? If yes what can I do to prevent it?

surely if she got suicide then you convicted with abetment of suicide. but if you approach to police now before the any act by that girl. then police ask her and if she told them that u get physical relation on lie promise then you got jail in rape case. according me now you keep watch and have patience.

If there is prima facie evidence against you, a 306 case is a possibility, example a suicide note, a witness who can corroborate. If she has threatened you that she will commit suicide, immediately call a private/government suicide prevention helpline and inform about the suicidal person. This will be recorded with them. Second, immediately send an application to your nearest police station about the emotional abuse and blackmail you are facing.

hello it is not that easy and it cannot be said without any evidence and without any proof that you are or you can be convicted for abetting to suicide only because you had relation with deceased. it is also very important to know that whether there was any abatement from your side and if you think that there is no wrong done from your side then you should not be worried there are many precautions which you should take because if any wrong statement has been delivered by them to the police or anything at any time during the investigation comes and in which these states that you are wrong thrn there might be some wrong consequences for which you have to suffer. it is better to be because she was earlier only. Thanks
