Will Court Allow Multiple Arguments For Petitioner

Its a criminal revision petition case filled in sessions court. Currently petitioner has completed his arguments and now chance is given for respondents argumenents. Post respondents arguments will court gives second chance again for petitioner for further arguments??

yes the petitioner can again submit, he can reply to the arguments which are made by respondents, further court will provide opportunities to both parties to present their case, hence it is required that both parties present their case, but at the same time only in order to drag on the case if one party is playing tricks yes the opposite party can oppose and request the court to post the case for orders.

Dear Sir, Yes. After Respondent's final arguments the Petitioners will be given a chance to reply to the Respondent's arguments. It is better to submit Written Arguments also in order to avoid future complications because some judges may not mention what is argued by Petitioner's side.
