will a false fir and false chargesheet end my future to join upsc?

the perpetrators are my blood family(uncles etc). since my mom dad had intercaste marriage, they are harassing us. we have been kept out of partition of property(pending civil suit) also my mom filed sc st atrocity case against them, the perpetrators are currently on bail. few days ago when they came to know i have passed upsc prelim exam. they filed false fir naming me inspite of my absence. the police officer wont listen to us and filed false fir and immediately chargesheeted me and my family. what are my quickest legal options now?
there are several legal option is that are available. first and foremost is that you should apply for an anticipatory bail.
if the chargesheet is filed, then you can make an application for discharge.
if you don't want to go for a discharge, then you can file a writ petition before the High Court for quashing of the first information report and the charge sheet.
