Sir, Mere friend ka police Constable me selection ho gya he, uska police verification hoga Lekin uska 2012 ka ek case dhara 293,324,506 b ka tha bad me rajinaama ho gya tha. Usko verification me problem hogi kya?????? Pls give me your opinion & solution?

Agr rajinama hi gya he to court ne rajiname k adhar pr aquital ( dosh mukt) kr diya hogs. Aur aquital means apke dost k Upr crime proved nhi hua. Isliye use koi problem nhi hogi. Judgment ki copy laga dena.

Police to verification mai likhegi per ager us karan nokri nahi milpati to HighcHighcourt mai writ lagana padegi supreme court ka Faisala hai aap jaise case mai usk e bad mil jayegi ye Chote apradh ki category mai hai Amjad

My dear koi problem nahi hogi aap bus us rajiname ki certified copy nikal K apne pass rakh lo kabhi koi problem aayegi to ussay Police station main submit kar Dena. But my view koi problem nahi aayegi don't worry.
