Q: How long does it take to get released from jail after court issue bail order ?
My friend got bail from Jabalpur HC bail order yet to be received how much time it will take to get him out of the MCR he is now in MCR and now what process needs to be followed. Bail granted but there is Saturday Sunday, how long does the jail release process take?, please help in this issue Thanks

You will get a certified copy of the order in 2/3days once you get that copy you have to present that copy and furnished the bail in local court as HC orders so my suggestion to you once you get certified copy then consult the local advocate.

Dear friend you have to filed a recovery suit against them in concern court for recover your amount from them. Second thing if you sold your goods to them first time so you can also filed a police complaint against them under section 420 IPC in concern police station.
