Wife Has Filed A Case Under Multiple Sections

Hello, I filed for a divorce and now my wife has filed a case against me under multiple sections 498A,507, 506, 504,325, 323 and 314. She is doing all this to frame me and my family under false charges. I have also got a summon from the court and the first hearing is on 29 Sept. What all can I do protect myself and my family. Please guide.

I am assuming your wife has gone to the court under 156(3) CRPC to register this case against you. Hence, the magistrate is summoning you.
It is advised to not avoid the summon and proceed with the bail application ASAP. I do not know your location but if you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh, you have the option to move to the High Court for arresting stay.

hello as per your query I would suggest you to file for stay arresting in high court for 498A case .Then if possible go for mediation in high court so tht if at all chances of settlement that can be explore in high court.
