Wife filed Complain to Magistrate false 498a

My wife want to file a false 498,406,420,323,3/4 DP. She has filed a false complain to magistrate to get the case registered against my family. the complain is total false as per her initial complain.Please suggest what a husband can do in this case. Marriage duration- 9+ years One Child is of 5 years.
