Wife filed a false complaint of domestic violence on the family member

Sir, I want to know my wife filled a case 498 A ,323 ,504,506 ,112 and ¾ DPAJ in up dist court given summon against me and all family members as i am in defence I couldn't come but my brother received summon she even not send my residence it only my home town to harsh even i paying voluntary maintenance through payment even it indorsed in my service ( as we are also government employee so it 100% proof that money I am paying) but still file case. I don't know her intention as some time her father ask money or file more case she is staying away since Sep 14 to parental house and our marriage in 2008 case in Sep 2017 please guide me
The caption given to your post as " Domestic Violence " seems to be wrong as your wife has filled all possible sections of IPC which are non-bailable. I advice you to hire a good advocate in UP , ask him to move high Court to quash tehe proceedings .

First get anticipatory bail for all the members of the family further file a case of for restitution of conjugal rights or divorce if you no longer want to continue the marriage and pay maintenance as ordered by the court and defend the cases and then compromise on right terms and right time.

If there's 7years completed your Marraige not attract the 498a and even she harassing you for only money you can file the case against her then it's want prove its self and most of the time affairs is the main complaint between husband and wife should consult any advocate office it's better to come out of this problem
