Wife died during pregnancy her family filed dowry death case on me

Sir My wife was admitted in hospital for delivery on 8 september ,but her condition became critical and referred to Niyati hospital mathura , Doctor have declared dead after 12 days , I have beared all the expenses around 6- 7 lakh sold property for her treatment, have all the reciepts for payment and doctor ultrasounds during 9 months period. and there is not any dispute before 8 september between our family. But they have filed false dowry death case including all my family memebers. what should I expect, futher police investigating the matter.
You need to immediately seek a stay on your arrest by filing a petition in the Hogh Court as the police officers in dowry death cases act fast. Also ensure that all the relevant documents are with you and under safe custody, give a copy to someone else also, who will act as pairokar incase u are arrested. Also send a detailed representation to the SP and SSP as well as SHO with the documents to prove your version, make sure it is sent via registered post and keep a copy of the receipt

Urgently move to high court fir quashing if the FIR . Get some interim protection from the court so as to restrain them to arrest u or ur family members who all are named in the FIR. There seems to be merit in ur case u'll get the relief .
