who will be liable for death of contractor for landlord

If a independent contractor dead in tenent house then landlord is liable

landlord has no liability if the contractor was engaged by tenant. liaility only ensues after the landlord acted negligently and carelessly. is there any proof of the same ?? if so landlord would be liable.

firstly u wil have to tell evrything about this case how he die and all things relted to his deth and if landlorde is note involbe in any consprcy and deth then landlord is not libale.u r giving short knoldge about case it would be clear in office
