Sir I have acquitted in the criminal cases in 2017. should I mention in ibps clerk application form or not

You need to mention if specifically called for such information. It is better avoid if no appeal is preffered and pending before higher court. Once no appeal is preferred the you need not mention. Not required, if appeal period is over, only if it's pending you have to mention it, even if you mention it there is no value for it so don't worry about but safer side you can mention it, even criminal case or pending you can take exam .

If you are acquitted you need not mention... Only pending cases needs to be mentioned.... Since you are acquitted even if you mention the same it won't affect your career prospects.. In case it's not mandatory to declare then its advisable to avoid disclosing...
