Whether I can Acquittal of IPC323

Can I get acquittal of ipc323( for slapping a woman out of excitement) on ground of mental illness as I suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder which causes excitement,fainting,palpitation of heart.

do you have a government doctor to testify for you...go to a government hospital and get a certificate for mental illness from a govt registered doctor..he shall be summoned to testify on your behalf... that should be able to save you
