Dear Sir, You have two options either manage the Police to get file B Report that is Zero Report saying that there is no case. Otherwise you have to approach High COurt for quashing of the FIR. If you have not obtained Anticipatory Bail then obtain the bail of the offences of serious in nature.

You can file a petition before the high court seeking to quash the charge-sheet. Firstly for relatives if they have been made a party and then the husband in another petition. The court will be inclined to grant a stay of the proceedings and then we can get the case quashed.
