My uncle is in jail n under quarantine i have applied for bail so i want to know may bail approved while quarantine period or after completed 14days

you have not mentioned under which section of Indian Penal Code, your uncle is detained. Bail granting depends upon the gravity of charges leveled against you in FIR or Chargesheet. Covid has nothing to do with it. All the best.

hello client yes ur uncle can get bail with in quarintine period itself but it will depend on the conditions tht when he will be grantes bail. in ur matter it is not defined the why he has been arrested.

I don’t think quarantine period will have a bearing, if bail is granted then he might be asked to undergo quarantine from home. On what grounds are you people asking for bail. Has the bail been granted? Kindly explain in detail.
