When it is a clear case of money cheating and police is not reg. FIR

Money cheating case to the tune of 27 lakhs; have notarised stamp papers and PDCs issued by the recipient Police not filing a case basis stamp paper despite sufficient proof and advising me to bounce the chq and file a civil suit; i am not keen to fight legally through court as there is no time boundations in such cases as Indian laws are weak i am in need of money as i am unable to manage or come out of this crisis, literally i have come to road do not know what to do and on how to insist the police to get my case registered Please help me

it's true that plain reading of your complaint only civil suit is option,you did not say any thi g about what is the language of notarized stamp paper first you show then only we can move further or you can file a complaint case of

What are the contents of the stamp paper has to be seen cause if cheating is not reflected then you have a recourse of civil remedy, but where cheating and fake promise is alleged and scientific evidence are to be collected such as hand writing finger prints and things to be seized then the only agency is police explain to the court file an application before senior police officer in detail if not under section 36 Read With 154 (3) Cr.P.C. and if no action is reflected then file an application under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. before the judicial magistrate read with 190 cr p c, see if this can work out. The problem might be that 415, 420 IPC ingredients might be missing from your compliant that is why police is unable to proceed consult a senior criminal lawyer

My dear friend if concern police station in charge not entertaining you go and present your complaint to Suprident of police. If he will also not entertain you.you can direct file a private complaint in court .
