What to do when there is criminal case filed against me

a case was registered on me of ipc 354 and now the summons are being issued to the girl, her father and IO. now they have attacked me at the back side of my house at 09:30 pm when i was returning to home from my job and injured me and they also filed a case against me of ipc 323,324,148,149,506,34 they registered a case with the help of political support and i made a cross case and they are forcing me to make a settlement of both the cases with them. i already filed the enquiry to comissioner of police enquiry has been marked. now what to do ? please guide me in both the case
My i'st query is that if both the parties i.e u and rivals got them medically examine same evening at hospital. This is vital aspect in ur case. Secondly will anybody from neighborhood support ur version who witnessed the occurrence. Secondly in ur case we can file a quashing petition in high court to get the cross version quashed. Alternatively get an independent agency appointed for doing inquery through high court which will act without bias and political influence.

A case of 354 is more like asking for sexual favours which is not easy to prove but i need to know more as in what sub section the case is registered such as Voyeurism, stalking etc then i could clarify better with facts of the case as may be and till its about the other case if you can prove the incidence took place near your house which is possible to prove then police cant prove anything against you and the motive of other party is istablished by 354 ipc and now thats why they know by attacking you the have weaken there case so they want compromise do compromise very carefully because in some cases people dont really keep there word and after compromise they still procecute let us know if you need someone to handle compromise on your behalf
