what you have written is confusing because of no command of the language. you should post your query either in english or in hindi. however what i understand on that basis i can say that you should consult with a local lawyer of criminal side with full facts and documents whatever you have. If some one has done fraud in receiving notice, or started fresh case on same facts even after compromise, there is remedy under the law. it is better to consult a lawyer. You can not solve your problem through advise.

Dear Client,
As per your query the primary concern is of granting stay against from the arrest. The rest could only be discussed once we have all the documents. You are advised to bring all the documents that you are left out with. Feel free to contact.

Sir,
As per your query I want to suggest you to lodge an cross FIR under section 420 against them first as soon as possible. And then intimate me regading the situation after lodging your FIR. And after that try to collect some documentary proof in favour of you. And don't worry if there is no proof then also don't worry just come and meet me in my office with both fir copy and your other document (if having) which is related to your case.
