Q: Regarding divorce in a non-registered marriage

Its been almost 11.5months of my marriage and things have gone completely south ways. The person I thought is most realiable turned out to be the person I never knew. I know before 1yr of marriage I cannot apply for divorce.. but I want to know being a boy as I will not privileges as girls get in divorce cases How I can file for divorce specially when its not a registered marriage and secondly if she isn't ready to leave then what could be possibly done to end this marriage if not soon then with time..

Q: Fake FIR relate to sec 3 &4 DP Act , sec 504 & 506 .

Sir,A fake FIR has been registered against me and my family. Sec 3 & 4 dp act, sec 504&506. Allegation - marriage was fixed and girls family gave us 1 lakh rupees in july 2017 and now we are cancelling marriage due to increase in dowry demand. Truth is we just saw girls family in july 2017 and nothing was finalised.My Question is- investigation officer is now making another false story that i was in live in relationship for 1 year, but reality is i saw the girl only once in july 2017. In original complaint nothing related to live in relationship has been mentioned. Can fir be modified now to include fresh live in relationship charges, as this is another fake story.Kindly help me.

Q: Wife Is mentally ill and behaves abnormally

I have got married in 2012..my wife is mentally ill, although looks normal but her behavior is not normal.... My son is 5yrs old... It's very tuff for me to survive with her, from last 2yrs no physical relationship with her,as we are living together . What should I do? Can i file divorce against her?

Q: Can wife claim maintenance after obtaining ex-parte divorced?

My wife had filed 498A against me in 2015; Crpc 125 in 2016 and divorce in 2017 at Ghaziabad court. While 498A and Crpc 125 proceedings are going on, she has obtained ex-parte divorce (filed by her). Can she still claim maintenance from me as we are not husband and wife now? Please advise what will be the impact of divorce on remaining cases?
