What to do if someones blackmails

Scenario:- A married woman currently divorce her husband and get file for court marriage with another NRI person in same month (June 2018) after emotionalaly black mail because she is in relationship with NRI last 4 years. NRI is going to arrange marriage in June month after knowing this woman takes such type of steps.Woman belongs to Gujrat and NRI belongs to Bihar in same religion. How can be NRI save from this solution.
Your query is confused one. As I understand (I may be wrong) the person to whom the women got married or filed marrige application, is going to solemnise arrange marriage. If this is the factual scenario , approach the court preventing the person to get arrange marriage.

In the present scenario, the most important point is to what you want? Whether you want to marry with the said girl? If yes, then no issue at all, every application for court marriage got expired after the period of three months, thereafter you can again file for the Court marriage. Now, if you ans is no, then first you need to file an informatory petition and thereafter, you can file a complaint petitition(if need be).

once if the NRI marries with another woman their is no chance of the marriage with the said woman but also take a serious note that the woman with whom he had relationship will not file a complaint against him of adultary, rape and forgery and also she can file maintenance case.
