What to do if a friend and agent cheats at the same time

Actually i got cheated by an agent and my friend .they asked me for money for a job. Me and my friend both spend thier money by sharing half half risks but now the agent has refunded 80 k from 1.2 lakh and my friend grab all money and he is not giving my share so what i need to do to get my money back form the agent and my friend
You must lodge FIR for fraud and cheating , if you have some receipts or any proof of for which you have paid and deposited for getting Job then it would be evidence to strengthen the case for FIR.
If FIR is not being lodged by SHO or thana incharge, then in that condition you may file complaint petition before JMFC at Distt. Court.
