What to do about uncivilized and Threatening behavior of the neighbor?

Dear Sir, I have following issues with my neighbor 1. Abusive, threatening words used by the neighbor towards me 2. Obstructing the common passage by deliberately parking two wheeler 3. Leaking of petrol and oil from the two wheeler parked 4. Manipulation of accounts for the expenditure for repairing the common staircase, escalating the bill and demanding money I have physical evidence for each of the above. I am 61 year old person with episode of heart attack. The neighbor used to come and demand money. He had once came and shouted, threatened, abused me. I was Professor at a Private university and currently a senior visiting guest faculty at a Govt University. His abusive words have shattered my dignity and reputation in my colony . a. Can I file a defamation case against him b. can I demand monetary compensation for the mental harrassment c. can I file a criminal case him if so under what sections Please guide. Regards
