What to do a criminal case is filed for stalking

i got busted for ipc 354 stalking .my peer filed against me. we work in same branch .my friend quite visited the branch .he was stalking her .there is no involvement by me in this thing.but she thinks i moniters her activity . i talk to him often when he visits branch .so is there any relief for me in this thing.so my question will i get fired ? do i go to jail ? due to this
