What steps should I follow to get justice

I had a past relationship that person is kind of psycho,when I understood he is not a good guy, my family and I told him multiple times to not to keep a relationship with me.He never listens, As he knows my office address he follows me every day while I return from office and harass me.He threatened me to murder my whole family including me.He defamed me everywhere.He said he will share my photo everywhere. We lodge complaint to police too (GD).Police gave warning to him also but nothing changed

You should immediately lodge an FIR against him for molestation, harassment and criminal intimidation. There are also other ways if the police don't lodge any FIR. I will genuinely ask you to do the needful at the earliest before the situation get's out of hand. Regards
