What steps can be taken when husband married again without divorce.

Me and my husband are separated since 1.3 yr, and there is news that he has married someone else without divorce. I don't want to divorce, how can I proceed

File a restitution of congigual rights petition under section 9 Of Hindu marriage act If you want a criminal case then you can File a private complaint under section 200 of CrPC for offences alleged under section 494

If you have good evidence of his marrying some one else you can file a complaint against him for bigamy. Anyway, his second marriage is illegal and his second wife has no status of a wife, but she has rght of maintenance, apart from these, you have no other remedy against her.

File a Bigamy case against your husband as it is illegal to marry second time without divorcing first wife as per the law. So file a complaint with documentary proof at jurisdictional police station.
