20-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
First of all sir I'm a Hindu Brahmin and I'm going to tell each and everything that is going inside my family sorry this is not family. Doing a Ayurveda experiments on my dad body when I can see everything is going wrong on my dad health. I'll explain my dad is suffering from alzemir disease (dementia) which is on the some extreme level by the tortures of my elder brother and mother. They are not seeking a professional help from doctors. As a younger brother when I said why not we go for some professional help of some good doctors. My mother and brother said you just sit back we don't have a time for all that stuff. We want him to get die asap so we can take away his whole property and everything and when I rudely said to my elder brother oyeeee iske aagey kuch bola Na he was getting physical with me and when I hit him mom interfere so I want to say if they can think about my dad like this then for me it will not take a minute for them to do anything tomorrow anything can happen.

My very i'st question to u is about ur age. To set the law in motion age is material. In your case the best option will be to rehabilitate your father to some old age home by rescuing him from ur family who are doing their best to accelerate his death. This can be done by filing a writ in high court. All other remedies available in ur case will either be too lengthy or fruitless.

Your mother and elder brother have done wrongful confinement of your father and are using poisonous/hazardous medicine upon your father for the sake of his unnatural death. You have to make a complaint before the competent court of law against your mother and elder brother under section 327, 328 & 340 of IPC

Hi, this is very strange thing. You can file a police complaint against your mother and brother. If they detained your father like this you can also file a writ petition. In high court. Aricle21 of the Indian constitution provides the right to life and liberty. Your father has right to live nobody can waive off that right without any just reason.
