You have to apprise the Hon'ble Court that no prima facie case against you and on the basis of material on record there are no grounds to proceed against you. You need an Advocate who can stronly argue at this Stage because the law is Court needs very strong reasons not to proceed against you and ultimately discharge you.

There are no objections charge is to be framed at any cost yes what can be done is that you can be discharged if you think that the certain charge is not bound on you or other hand you can delay it for sometime but it has to be framed there is no escapism as a due process of law,Therefore please contact for further details thanks.

The basic law at the time of framing charge is to see the defects in the charge-sheet. You have to show the discrepancies if any in the charge-sheet, FIR, Medical Documents, FSL report or statement u/s 161. Also to state that in case if it is assumed to be true then also the same does not call for the commission of any offence.
