Q: Drunk driving case how to avoid imprisonment ?

I was caught drunken driving by traffic police in Delhi. They asked me to appear in court at April end. Drunk reading on meter was 350mg (way above the limit of 30). I have NO crime record. This happened first time in life. I am preparing for govt services and about to be selected in central govt deptt. I don't want to go to jail in any condition. I can pay any drunk and drive fine BUT NO JAIL TERM EVEN FOR 1 DAY. I am very tensed. What should I do to avoid any imprisonment chances so that it doesn't affecy my life and career? Thabk you

See much depend upon the magistrate. He might leave you after you pay fine or he might asked to stand in court the whole day till the rising of court or he can ask you to do community service for a week or if he strict enough he might send you to jail also.

Q: Someone tried to murder friend now police harassing being a witness

Someone attempted to murder my friend right after he dropped me home. I wasn't an eye witness to the event but got involved because I was a good, close friend, went to the hospital to see him exactly 2 hours later when I got to know about it and this instance took place right after I was dropped home. The police mentally harassed me and portrayed me as his potential lover girl. It's going to be almost 3 months since thus instance happened and the case if going to shift to the court. I've been mentally harassed enough by the police without even being involved anyhow and my real, close friends have been questioned too who didn't even have 1% idea about it. Now that the matter will shift to the court, would I be called again and again? And mentally harassed? How could I get out of it? In 3 months ever since that instance I've barely spoken to him over the phone 3-4 times, mostly when he happened to call.

First thing First if you are not involved you don't have to worry. It is a standard practice of the police to grill persons like you in a hope to get some lead in the case. However its not that you have to go through this necessary evil for ages, if the police choses to add your name in the chargesheet as a witness and you have no knowledge about the case then you don't have to come to the court on regular basis. Q: Legal action against sister in law and for cheating and fraud.

I had a small puppy and for some personal reasons I had to move to UK. I gave my puppy to my sister in law telling her that I will be coming in next 6 months and then take her back with me. When I came here in UK, after couple of months I got to know that she gifted my puppy to her boss and now she and her boss is refusing to give our puppy back. What legal action can be taken for both?

Hi a case of Criminal Breach of trust is made out which is defined under section 405 of the Indian Penal Code and punishable under section 406 of the said code. My husband  has no involvmnt in any of fence currently or in past also BT crime branch of Delhi RK puram giving mentalky harassmnt fr a murder case which is actly natural death not a murder. It has to be seen whether an FIR has been registered against your husband or police just harrasing your husband during investigation as a suspect. What is your husband's relationship with the victim. If your husband has been falsely booked it needs to be ascertained whether charges have been framed or not or at what stage the investigation is. We are in relationship since last three years now she forced me to do marry otherwise she will filed case against me or my family then how can we get rid of from this . She is very dominating and abusing nature she hate my family .
