Then he gave me the number of a concerned person stating talk to that person he is investigating officer of my case gave me case I'd and his number. I called that person and asked him what is the scenario why non bailable arrest warrant has been issued against me. He told I didn't went to court of date summons has been sent to your home. But I didn't not received any summon at home. Now they are saying arrest warrant has been issued against me. If you want to settle our of Court let me know so that we will withdraw your case. I advise you to go and appear before the concerned magistrate for the recalling of NBW stating that same was not served on you or whatever is the reason because of which you did not made yourself available on such issuance. For further queries please contact

settlement of case is a separate issue..bt firstly please get your non bailable warrants cancelled from the concerned court
its a small procedure wherein we will move an application for cancellation of NBW.
after that you would be tense free and can co for settlement or contest of the same case

For appearing summons has to be issued. Without issuing summons court can issue non bailable warrant
