What Legal actions can be taken against person who cheats

I met a guy on online dating site . Fell in love but gradually developed doubts and suspicions regarding his job , family background .He introduced himself as pilot in Indigo airlines. He started asking for money in name of his 2 stage cancer treatment. Innumerable times I asked for his work IDs, commercial pilot license , medical reports but he kept postponing . But me being dumb in love kept trusting him and lend him above 6 lakhs money for his treatment and all other issues. Recently in curiosity and stress I googled and found that he including his parents was charged with section IPC 420 468 471 in 2014 MP High court . His parents are on bail . And his bail application was rejected .this is only document available in mp high court website. On counter questioning him He accepted that he hide this and was in jail as undertrial but later released as not found guilty. Am devastated and shattered of his lies. Please guide what legal actions I can take against him ? Delhi , India
Hi what had happened and all what did the court day and all what had the court say andnall why was the bail reject and all what are the documents and all what does the order say andnall what the documents of the order and all first we need to see what is the extact punishment we can impose andnall on him we need to know the matter first

hello client as you are saying that you fell in love with a person on dating site and you both come in contact with each other with the intension of come together in life but due to his unusual demands of money again and again. on the na me f treatment of 2stages. he claimed to be a pilot in Indigo airlines but when you start helping him with your finances then you asked his details which he keep on lingering on and after the when you do not got any details from him with the help of internet you came to know that this person parants are in jail and they are on bail by m p high high court as well as this person bail application is been rejected by the high court when you asked him he accepted all this fact and told.you that now.he is released from jail in this matter you are able.to take legal action against this fellow in Delhi and I am sure this fellow will get punishment also in Delhi.

this is quite a common case of misrepresentation to induce someone to deliver money or other movable or immovable property. you will have to file a criminal case against the said person. if you can give me the details of his MP High Court case, we can find out about the wrongs he has done and intimate the police in that state and he will never be able to come out on bail again. in the mean time, you can file a police complaint against him in the police station nearest to your house. i can help you with all the above as i'm a practicing criminal lawyer with over 5 years of experience.
