What is time limit for registering a case of making fake and forged marks sheets.
Dear client! No time Limit is prescribed for filing or registering such f.i.r. But when the forged documents \marksheets were identified by the competent authority the case must be Lodged at earliest alongwith all detsils to be mentioned in the f.i.r.

If you want registered civil case then time limit count the knowledge of date. And if you file criminal case there is two way first make fir against them in sec of 420 467 468 and second thing file 156(3)cr.p.c
