What is the punishment for getting into a fight on someones property

I drunk at home on Sunday and gone outside for fishing. Their are six owner of the pound . I am there with 2 owners . Then among the other six owner 1 came and started harshing me , it chances into a fight. He field a complain against me what all charges I should get?
