What if someone is caught drunk and driving?

Hi Sir , My husband caught in drink and drive case by traffic police ,day before yesterday .they asked him to come in court and give fine than there will be no trouble for you . He went to court today but not finding any way ,please give us adivice what to do ,its his 1st offence ,please help us

Usually in drink and drive case it depends on how much volume of alcohol is found. Moreover a fine is imposed and the person is realised.

Dear client, drink and drive is definitely an offence in which for the first-time offence 5000Rs. fine may be charged but for that purpose, it is to be proved the percentage of alcohol in the blood, I can guide if I gate full iformation.please do not for contact for proper guidance.
