What I have to do to get bail ?

Sir my father in law got the punishment of lifetime imprisonment by the district court. We applied for bail in district court but it gets rejected. Now we are thinking that we have to apply for bail in high court but someone saying that there should be minimum 6 months duration for apply bail. Sir is there any effect of court bench on bail application should we wait for changing bench of the court or we should apply for bail because 6 months have been passed. Sir what to do, please help. Sir is he able to get bail or not?

Yes he will be able to get the bail depending upon the facts of the case. You need to go for the bail and an appeal too in the hon'ble high court. How much custody your father in law has spent in jail will also be equally considered.

As per details​ mentioned by you it seems that the learned court below has passed the judgement of conviction and order of punishment, in the aforementioned circumstances you are required to file criminal appeal before the high court challenging the judgement of conviction and in that appeal petition bail application will moved before the high court, for proper assistance you can contact me

Regarding to your query firstly you to clear that in which offence your father in law got imprisonment and by whom sentence pronounce. I think you can file bail to the appeleat court It depends on your petition how much convince the court.

You can file bail in high court.two or three months are enough for the making list/daily cause list.dont delay in this regard and file immedeatly bail because after 25th may court will remain close for the summer vaccation upto 30 days atleast.so you must file before summer vaccation.
