What Hisband Should Do Getting Calls After FIR Us 498,506 And 406

My wife deserted me almost a year ago since then no much communication not she allowed me to see my son .Now suddenly after FIR/CS stage they started calling me .What does she wants to prove .Does it hamper my diverse case filling ? Should I report police or what best way approach ?
If you want to continue cohabitation with her then you should file petition - Restitution of Conjugal Rights and if you want divorce then you may file divorce and she may contest it. Once FIR is lodged police is bound to do it's investigation.
