What does the law say for false promise to marry

Does the law say that a girl can actively search for matrimonial matches and then be in a relationship with another guy and later if after 8 months of relationship if the guy backs off due to her behavior she can file 376 ???

If you pick & choose the lines you will get confuse, rape has nothing to do with matrimonial searches! If 376 has been imposed on you, then u need a legal mind to assist you ! U must hire expert advocate instead of hunting things online ! All the best

hello client as you have mentioned above in your question/ query . i want to make it very clear aa per indian law filling a fake case is totally illegal in any sense. as you have mentioned your case above in your case you are seems to be vitim of live in relations extortion practices due to which the life of the guy is getting totally damaged in all senses . in this regards i wish to advice you that if you ahve got the proof tht you and yoir live in partner are mutually in live in relationship and there is no force full relarionship is involved and everything is mutual for live in relationship then the 376 case can be dismissed only if we have proof . and we can fight back and win the case and the girl wiĺl be punished as well.
