Hi..

All depends upon the fact, evidence, cross examination and other material aspects of the case .
Please consult a senior lawyer of your area then only go for appeal as it can be against your client too.

Thanks

If conviction order is already passed by the sessions court, the remedy is to file an appeal before the concerned high court to challenge the conviction. If conviction is under 304 and state wants to have it under 302, state has to file appeal

You can go for revision petitition at SESSION court. You can also go for appeal against the judgement passed by the COURT. It will be better you sent the copy of judgement and all case document via mail I will study and guide you better.
