I'm unable to explain my whole issue here.... I'm so sorry for this but I'm literally in a dilemma if anyone can please help me....then please contact me.
you seems to be intelligent guy. your issue seems to be very complex. sometimes you should directly talk to your lawyer when things are intricate. any of the clue given on public fora may be detrimental for your case. your apprehension is genuine and obvious.

Need not worry at all.
if neighbour is threatening you then you should immediately register FIR to the Police to bring to their knowledge about the wrong doings happening against you.
