Was promised marriage to raise child, eloped but later deserted

I was in a relationship with by boyfriend from 2014.But I don't want to have physical relationship with him before marriage. But one day we drink with friends and I got little drunk and he slept with me and later I came to know I was pregnant.. We had a little fight due to my pregnancy but later we both decide to keep the baby. In my 6th month pregnancy we both elope and stay as husband and wife but we don't do any register marriage as we wait for family to decide for us. After staying with me for few days one night while returning home from work he was not there and he left a note saying it was a mistake and telling me he was leaving me and telling me to stay strong and forget everything. I was alone and hurt don't know Wat to do. I even tried to commit suicide.i want justice .i have msg where we both decide to keep the baby and plan for better future and house agreement in his name and signature. Can I file a case against him? What case I have to file? Please suggest..
