Wants to clear my 307 ipc case and apply for govt. job

sir i got government job recently and in year 2016 somebody file case on with 5 person including me its also include 307 ..so now i cant able to get this job but one way is after clearing my case i will get they said ..so may i know how to clear my case as soon as possible

Hello sir u case can be quashed by high court if u having valid ground in that case and if the case is fasly foisted on u means u can very well quashed by high court for that detail for copy is needed
