Want to raise complaint against the boyfriend cheating me

I have relationship with my boyfriend since 4 year .I support him physical or financial and he asked money and I inform.in my family about my relation my family accept him but from my boyfriend family facing trouble and the 1 day of relationship they promise me I will marry with you and continue with physical relationship and one day me told me come at my home and talk with my mother so I reached his home and his mother abusing me now he refusing to marry with me she said my mother dnt like you so I can't marry with you she spoil my entire life.please help me what to do ?
sorry to know about your situation. In these circumstances you may file a complaint before police station mentioning all the details and he will be booked under section 420 and possibly under 376 ipc. but you should let a criminal side advocate to draft a complaint.

You can register a complaint with police for Raping you on the pretext of marriage. Sec. 376 of IPC is serious offence. As per your story , your partner had an ill intention to abuse you mentally and physically. By giving false hopes and making false promise of marriage on the pretext of marriage is an offence as per well settled law (defers from case to case) by higher courts in India. You can at least opt for registering complaint under Sec 376 of IPC.
