My child 13 years (female)was in a relationship with a 17 year old(male) they had intercourse with mutual consent what legal actions can i take...??(hindu)

The standpoint of law wherein an underage girl has physical relationship permits you to lodge a criminal case under POCSO. However, the Courts have taken the view that where the circumstances are such that both the parties were in a relationship then laws of POCSO should not be applied.

The first and foremost action which you should take is to file an fir against the person on whom you have any doubts of physical intercourse. mutual consent at this tender age does not matter although the boy will be punished under only juvenile act and the max punishment can be for three years.
