Trying to implicate me in false case under section 354

Dear sir/madam, I have a parental property which my cousins are using, I had complaint against them to S. D.M in July 2015, who gave an order to local police to remove the encroachment. A team of police officials and land revenue department went with me in August 2015, but my cousins opposed police action and with the help of local politician, they stopped, next day my cousins filed a case in civil court for stay order and described that police forcefully entered the house and beaten them and a girl got seriously injured and then in Mar 2016 they filed a case in criminal court against me that I had beaten girl under section 354 but court rejected. Now they have appealed again for this 354 IPC in another court. I got certified documents from the Civil Court in which they took the name of police and submitted in criminal court. I want to know whether these documents would be sufficient for my defence. Secondly, since this case is false, what should I do to put pressure on them.

Sir, if the case lodged by the has been dropped by the magistrate, they will either file a revision or an application under section 482 CrPC in which you may appear as opposite party defending you. Better is to join the proceedings instead of wait.
